Returns/Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’d be happy to process an exchange or refund. You are responsible for all return postage and any difference in product pricing at time of purchase.
We will refund the purchase price (minus shipping & handling). Returns must be in new condition with original packaging within 30 days from purchase to be eligible. Please note available charts are a guideline. Please measure your dog if uncertain.
