Vintage NOS Gong Bell Mfg Cackle Hen #424 Pull Toy Original Price Tag

For sale is a Gong Bell Manufacturing wooden pull toy marked Cackle Hen #424.  This wooden toy still has the original JC Penney price tag on the front of the wagon. There are a couple of spots on the wagon where some of the wood has splintered off and a few spots where there are scuffs, etc.  Please see photos for condition and detail.
