This listing is for 12 new foam pre-filters made for the Drinkwell Stainless Steel 360, Lotus, Avalon, and Pagoda pet water fountains.  These pre-filters trap hair and other debris in the water, providng your pet with cleaner, healthier water, while also prolonging the life and flow rate of the filter pump.  It is recommended to replace these every 2-4 weeks, depending on usage.

Domestic packages delivered to addresses within the USA typically take 1-5 business days to receive, depending on location.  Delays are not common, but may occur due to poor weather conditions, and other natural acts of God.
International packages delivered to address outside of the USA typically take 5 to 30 days to receive, depending on location and your country’s Customs speed of processing.  Greater security measures over the recent years have caused random delays throughout the international mail system.  Over 75% of our international clients receive their order within 2 weeks.  The other 25% receive their package within 30 to 45 days due to the processing of foreign governments that we have no control over.  We ship all international packages with insurance.  Our insurance provider requires that we wait 30 days from the last scanning of the package before they will declare the package as lost.  If your package is lost, you must agree to provide a signed statement that we forward to our insurance provider so that we can replace or refund your order.
Zanyzap strives to serve all our customers in the best way that we can and get the products you ordered to you as quickly as possible.  If there ever is a problem, we want to know about it.  If you should need to return an item, we are happy to help out.  Our return policy covers all products we sell on Ebay and are good for 30 days from the date of purchase.  If we make an error with a shipment, we will fix it free of charge to you.  We may request a photo or for you to send back the order, free of charge to you.  If you recevied the correct item but want to return it for any other reason, you are responsible for return postage plus a 20% restocking fee if the product is resellable, and 50% if the item has been used, damaged or unresellable.
